Natural-Looking Tooth Replacement
If you need to restore missing teeth, dental implants might be the answer. No matter how a tooth was lost – dental extraction, disease, accident – a dental implant can fill the empty space to restore your smile. Because they’re surgically implanted, these artificial teeth won’t slip or cause discomfort – they’re permanent replacements that look and function just like your natural teeth. The best part? Most implants can be completed in just 2-3 appointments with our highly experienced dentists.
“Great care, friendly staff. They are making sure there is no unneeded work done and help you save money. I have jaw issues and they have been very accommodating with my issues. Very professional and very polite. I would recommend them anytime.”

Dental Implants FAQ
What are dental implants?
Replacement teeth or artificial teeth
They fill in spaces where you've lost a tooth and are surgically implanted and fused to your jawbone for maximum support.
Unlike other artificial teeth, you can’t remove dental implants, meaning no discomfort caused by slipping.
During your initial consultation with Dr. Crowley or Dr. Iachini will determine which type of dental implant is right for you.
We provide 1 type of of dental implants:
Endosteal implants
What determines whether I'm a candidate for dental implants?
Good oral health is a basic requirement for dental implants.
Regular brushing, flossing, and professional cleanings are key to maintaining healthy gums. In addition to good oral health, your bones must be strong enough to support the implants.
An implant mounted to a weak bone can cause serious problems and may not hold in the long run.
After you have artificial teeth implanted, you must continue your dental hygiene to maintain artificial teeth just like you would your own.
How much do dental implants cost?
Because they are permanent replacement teeth, implants are more costly than a bridge or dentures, but they’re also more comfortable.
The cost of your dental implants may vary, based on:
The type of implant you need
Whether the implant can be completed in 1-2 office visits
The number of teeth being replaced
Will my insurance cover the cost of dental implants?
It's rare that insurance plans cover the full cost of implants, however once your dentist completes your treatment plan we will provide an estimate.
The Brightwork team will gladly answer any insurance questions you have.
